Hi to all

I have to go to see an orthopedic surgoen as I have a lump in my pelvis at the back and also go for more scans as my joint pain swelling ect is getting worse.

I have still.Not had my Cardiology Appointment Yet its ridicules.

I did go swimming today but I could tell my heart ❤️ rate went right up cus I could feel it when swimming it put me off staying in the pool.

I'm sorry to hear about the health problems you have going on. The wait for appointments is hard on those in pain, I hope you're not waiting too long for your scans and to see cardiology.

Swimming is a fab exercise but do run it by your GP if you feel that it might be negatively impacting your heart. They are best placed to listen to your worries and reassure you or recommend a gentler activity. We want to keep you as safe and healthy as can be!
