Hi all my husband myself pay full prescription charges at moment as on lot meds we buy yearly certificate as he receives contribution and you don't get the exception for dental glasses
On contribution based ESA we get our first payment on 1st Dec for UC so are we entitled to dental glasses prescription charges from that date or do we still need to pay for these I'm bit cautious as I know you receive penantly if you tick box your not entitled to it thank you

See the details herehttps://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/check-if-youre-eligible-help/getting-benefits/hwhc-universal-credit
If you have earnings you need to carefully note the rules. If you have fluctuating earnings then you may qualify for free prescriptions some months but not others.
(I thought a UC journal was supposed to include some information pages about passported benefits such as free prescriptions.)0 -
