Hi I was on esa they took me off said I was work ready so I appealed but meanwhile he to sign universal a year later had court and judge agreed I should of been on esa
ans signed me off another 18 months I’ve now contacted esa for backdate and updates payment and they saying universal should deal and universal saying esa should deal what should I do ?

    What was the Tribunal decision? And have you had a work capability assessment since you claimed UC?

    It was overturned and judge instructed not to do another assessment on me till 18months

    ESA should deal with arrears up to the date you claimed UC.

    UC should deal with everything afterwards.

    You haven’t answered the questions poppy asked. 
    Did the tribunal decide you had LCW or LCWRA? Have you had an assessment by UC since you claimed UC?
