Roughly how long does it take to hear back?

Hello roughly how long does it take to hear back from pip as I received a txt saying it was been assessed 14th of September what does that mean and how long does it take?

    It takes up to 12 weeks to get a PIP decision after DWP receive the assessment from IAS, What exactly did IAS say?  Have DWP told you that they have received the report?
