Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024


Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

Hi, my name is donn83! heard nothing about lcwra backpay

Hi ive been on lcw since 5th september 2020 and been waiting for a assessment. I had my assessment last week and have been awarded lcwra but not heard anything about my backpay. All my sick notes are upto date

    Was the review started by you because you reported a change in your health condition? Or was it started by DWP?
    If it was started by you, then the LCWRA element will be paid from the assessment period in which you reported the changes.
    If it was started by DWP then it's paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    They are but the OP didn't state when the changes took place so a review could have started by DWP before reviews were suspended.
