So I received my text that I have be n awarded pip.
Based on the assessment report, I think it will only be the standard daily that I have been awarded.
I’ve tried to call the pip line (0800 121 4433), but I can’t seem to get to the automated line that others have mentioned.
What options should I choose to get to this line?
thanks

It's option 6 on the number you stated above. However, the automated payment line doesn't always give information and when it does, it's not always correct. If you want to know what your award is you can either wait for the letter or ring to ask.

Thanks for the reply.
I have called and chosen this option, but it just puts me in a queue to speak to an advisor. There doesn’t seem to be an option for any kind of automation0 -
If payment information is available it's through option 6.
