I rang the PIP number today and a robot voice told me I was being paid an amount from December.
I eventually got through to an operator, he told me PIP award has been successful and it's enhanced for both parts
But the amount doesn't match what the automated voice told me?
Is the first payment a different amount? moving over from DLA to PIP

The automated payment line is known to give incorrect advice. When you receive the decision letter it will give you all the details. Your first PIP payment will be about 7 weeks after the decision was made. You'll receive one final DLA payment in the mean time.If the PIP award is higher than the DLA award you will not be owed any money owed because you transferred from DLA.1

I hope that poppy123456's comment has helped to clear that up for you. Fingers crossed the payments will all look right when they come through.
How have you found the PIP process overall?0 -
Paper based so it was good.
My husband got his PIP refusal letter today so I'm working on the mandatory reconsideration!0 -
This sounds really difficult @coffeeandcats. How are you feeling about everything, especially working on the mandatory reconsideration at the moment?
