Hi. Can anybody tell me how I can get a copy of my report please.

By ringing PIP.
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433

I hope you felt the PIP assessment went ok on your part. Just one thing to remember is that the decision maker does not always go with the report, so please try not to worry if you feel the points aren't what you expected or an accurate reflection of how your conditions impact you. It's usually best to await the decision letter and then take it from there if needs be
