Hello @ponder I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through to the PIP Enquiry line, that must be quite stressful.
Just to check, is this the number you are calling:PIP enquiry lineHow long are you on the phone for when you call, if you don't mind me asking?
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
And when you mention your old account, do you mean your bank account?
It might help to get in touch with Advice Local, or Citizens Advice to speak to some professional advisers if you feel you need additional support.
Let us know if there's anything we can do to help further

Hello @Ponder
I'm keeping everything crossed you manage to get through and get some answers. I can see Alex has already responded with some great advice. Like she said, please let us know if we can help further
Just letting you know, I've popped your post into our PIP, DLA & AA section of the forum, there will be other members of the community that can either help you with this or gone through this too.0
