Good morning all I’m after some help with a Question I had a pip assessment on the 21st ov sept 2022 I have received a letter putting me on limited work capability which the letter I received on 17th oct (metal health sexual abuse,I was groomed 9-12 year old with a trail happening next year June ) I filled in a pip2 form. But since receiving my universal credit limited decision I’ve not heard anything thing since I don’t have a journal as I have support worker and they just make calls instead ov journal can anybody help with what’s going on I phoned pip assessor’s but they just said rudey( we can’t say how much your receiving or any amounts outstanding we passed your report to the department can anybody help plz as it really stressing me out as it’s now the 15th ov November still not heard a word

PIP decisions can take 2-12 weeks after the assessment report is returned to DWP. It's been about 8 weeks since your assessment so you're within the timescales still for the decision.For your UC work capability assessment decision, if it was just Limited capability for work then you won't receive any extra money each month.If the decision was Limited capability for work and work related activity you will receive an extra £354 per month from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. You need to find out exactly what the decision was for your work capability assessment.0

I am sorry to hear about the abuse in your childhood, I can't imagine what that's like to go through, so thank you for explaining. You've mentioned having a trial next year in June, are you getting all the support you need with that?

Thanks Alex for reply n poppy I’m on lcw not the other .I so thanks for helping with my Question so I shell just waiting n see what happens my form (living with disability) think pip2 form I have no idea what happening but will update you with information once received I’m part ov the harbour centre have help with councillors n Therpy thanks team for support and n replying back0
