Hi everyone
I do hope everyone is keeping well
I have a question I’m currently in the process of appealing my PIP award
DWP I’ve got until the 6th of December to respond
If they don’t respond in time what happens next?
not sure what else happens next do I just sit tight and hope for the best
Looking for some light-hearted advice please @poppy123456

They often don't respond, HMCTS may give them extra time, if they still don't respond the hearing continues as normal.
