Are you claiming UC with a partner that already claims the LCWRA element?0

I am single0

Then if the decision was definitely Limited Capability for Work Related Activity (LCWRA) then the extra money will be payable from either Feb or March 2022. Providing you sent a fit note within 7 days of reporting your health condition, providing you continued to send the fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made on your WCA.

All fit notes were upto date til i was told to stop sending them.0

Has the LCWRA element been included in your statements since the decision was made?

Ive vad the higher rate since it was awarded, i was just wondering if its normal to be waiting so long for back payment, it will be 8 weeks next week0

No, it’s not normal to be waiting this long. Put a message on your journal under the payment section and ask about the money they owe you for the LCWRA element.0

Thankyou for your help, ive wrote in my journal many times, just get useless replies0

What have they said to you exactly?

Once my case manager has had a look she will let me know..but she has never replied to my messages. This is a local office we dont deal with payments, the last message i sent basically asked for my case manager to reply to me, ithink that was on monday gone, still no reply.0

It sounds really frustrating that she has never replied to your messages @lucky1. Hopefully, you will receive a response soon.
If not, is there a point of contact for an escalated request for a response? Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can do anything else to support you0 -
