Hi I was awarded lcwra 17/11/22(today)
I started handing sick notes in on July the 6, my assessment period is the 3rd to the 2nd each month , I’m wondering when would u start too see a payment I can’t work it out. Thanks

If you reported your health condition on the same date you sent your first fit note then your waiting period will be.. Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct, Oct/Nov... LCWRA starts from AP 3rd Nov to 2nd Dec and first LCWRA payment will be 9th December 2022.0

Had you reported it at the start of the July/August AP then you would have received first payment in November, which is why i asked. There's a full 3 month AP waiting time and the extra money is then paid from the 4th month.
