Hi all, hope everyone is doing well as you can🤔🙏
Sadly I only got 6 points on my pip decision and yes Iam very upset and so annoyed that they lied..on few things so I am definitely appealing I have already sent off more information and a very long letter and more proof hospital and doctors
I hope and pray this will do it 🙏🤕🙏

I hope that your MR goes well @tina12! Please do keep us updated
How are you feeling today? I know it can be quite upsetting.1 -
Thankyou Tori,
I am just doing the best I can at the moment.. I'm still in shock with all the evidence I gave them which they didn't take into account and I think they need to research more on certain conditions which they have no clue about..🙏0 -
Many people feel the same @tina12!
Have you been able to expand more on how your conditions affect you in like with the descriptors in your MR?
I hope that you manage you take your mind off of it a bit. I know it can be difficult. If you fancy a chat about something more light-hearted, you'd be welcome to join us over in the coffee lounge

Thank you ..Tori 😊
Yes I certainly gave them a lot more information on my condition and how it affects me and more evidence as well and what I've had to purchase myself. To help with my condition and possibly another condition which I'm having test for the moment and advanced physio 🙏0 -

That wouldn't really help at all because PIP isn't about a diagnosis.

Yes I know pip isn't a diagnosis,
That's why I put more information in how it affects me and what's been happening with me...0 -
Not sure if I've got this right poppy but I've been pulled into an argument because someone is saying the word cancer gives you priority with PIP but I've said yes if it's terminal. But like you tell people it's got nothing to do with diagnosis it's all about how you cope with everyday things.0

But like you tell people it's got nothing to do with diagnosis it's all about how you cope with everyday things. There are no conditions that automatically entitle anyone to PIP. If a person has been diagnosed with 6 months or less left to live and they have a DS1500 form then they can apply for PIP under the special rules. For other benefits such as ESA and/UC with LCWRA then it is 12 months or less (with a DS1500) full details in link above.

For 12 months the form is an SR1.poppy123456 said:For other benefits such as ESA and/UC with LCWRA then it is 12 months or less (with a DS1500) full details in link above.
All benefits with Special Rules provisions will switch to 12 months. The date for this to take place is yet to be confirmed but is expected to be next April.1
