Underneath the Limited capability for work related activity is says "does not meet any of the descriptors for LCWRA"Further down the report it says Substantial Mental of Physical Risk.. the client has anxiety and depresion. The condition history, mental state examintion and medical knowledge of the condition does not suggest there would be a substantial risk to the mental .... then it stops. I can only assume then this would say there's no substantial risk if the client was found to have LCWRA. To me this reads there's no recommendation to be found to have LCWRA.Does it say anything about LCW?Please also remember that it's a recommendation only, once the decision is made if they are not happy they can request the Mandatory Reconsideration.0

It should mention it somewhere in the report. Can you see any points being scored for descriptors? This would be LCW and you need at least 15 points.

I don't know about LCW because i can't see anything that mentions this. Remember the assessment report is a recommendation only. They will need to wait for the decision. Once it's made if they have access to a journal the decision letter will be uploaded onto there.
