Help please, is anyone self employed on uc , and only working around 8 hours. I'm on working tax credits and pip, I don't know what will happen if I go over to uc. The job centre said I'm not in any of the boxes so couldn't tell me what I could claim

Hello @Julie63_
Welcome to the community! I hope you are keeping well?
I'm afraid I don't know a lot about self-employment and Universal Credit, I've found a page on self-employment and universal credit on the government website.
I hope that helps, or that my comment bumps your post for someone to be able to answer it clearer for you

If your health condition limits your capability to work then when you claim UC you will need to report your health condition and provide a fit note within 7 days of this. You will then need to continue to send the fit notes without any gaps until a decision is made on a work capability assessment. If you're found to have LCWRA then you will receive extra money from the 4th month after you reported your health condition.Being self employed you will need to report your earnings and expenses on the last day of each assessment period. Information in link. https://www.gov.uk/self-employment-and-universal-credit
