lcw stressed

hello so I talking for a person but it's stressing me out too 🤣🤣

but there on lcw after coming from ESA

now first appointment and I told them he has learning disabilities but wanna no more what he can do.

I thought ok

so want another appointment in 2 weeks( again I thought it was every 3 months) but I feel like there wanna get him off lcw, there did mention one day there will be a reassessment.

so told him to go national carers website and I help him and fill out skills stuff about him

first bit found out what job suitable okay tho the results like programs designed,cab, tree surgeon and of course bin men came up,I thought ok

but then the skills part,I thought it lest be interesting but the questions.

ask what is person most likely

and bear in mind has a LD

so questions ask  more likely look at fine details, keep positive in negative times and courses keep up to date with technology. I thought random stuff.

so I select technology, but course you have to pick 2 out of 3 but other 2  where further away what he like and didn't wanna click wrong one's

so I getting stressed cause I don't no what to click and wondering why none button, and more why's.

I ask web chat help and he said try quick one,I said none apply and all questions like that,in other words he has no skills for work in honest truth I thought.




so he told me too look at buzz something quiz which is shorter and seems to fit a lot better it gives animal personity as well.


so I did that and wrote on there journal that I tried but didn't fit and I done this instead but I feel like there won't understand and make them do it again .


I feel like there want all ppl off lcw but some people on their have long term conditions.


and to apply for lcwra feel too stressed full, long and could lose lcw.

but anything we do I worry about the sanctions, there seem more this month like gotta hit there target's

Hello @jrmz. Thanks for sharing this with us. I can hear how it’s stressing you out too and we don’t want you to have to face this, or anything else, alone if you don’t want to.

It sounded particularly frustrating that there weren’t more options to select from, despite having to press multiple buttons and, of course, not wanting to press any wrong buttons.

Hopefully, they will accept the buzz-something quiz. Are you able to insert a screenshot of where he recommended looking at this quiz instead? Just thought this might provide a form of evidence.

thanks for the input,I told job coach and there reply is just we we will discuss the results, so who knows,I copy and paste the chat and printed it off Incase there get funny, I just feel like there think there can easy get the person into job as many people don't no the difficulty people Face when working with a learnings disability
