Hi Everyone
I recently got awarded LCWRA and am confused as to what happens now has have had so much conflicting information .I was told that if any back payment was due I would hear within 7 days and its been over a week with nothing so called UC and they told me there is an assessment period of 3 months so I probably wouldn't get any money till Feb as they go off when I first notified them of my condition and showed evidence i:e fit note but my first fit note was put in in February and there has been no breaks right the way through . I applied in July and was awarded 2 weeks ago . Please can anyone shed anymore light on this for me please as my anxiety is through the roof with not knowing .
Thankyou

It often takes longer than 7 days to calculate arrears, may be a few weeks.
If you reported your health condition with Fit Notes in February then the LCWRA payment should be payable from June or July (depends on exact days you reported health condition and what date you are paid on)0 -
Hi
Thanks for your reply .
I am usually paid normal UC on the 12th of each month but nothing g showing on journal for any lcwra payments as yet .Also is there a way of finding out what date I put my first fit note on my journal .
Thanks0 -
If you look through your journal I assume you could find out - but i don't know exactly what you will see.Mrman42 said:.. is there a way of finding out what date I put my first fit note on my journal .
You certainly check that LCWRA is included on the next statement in early December and if not shown raise a payment query.0
