Hi

I have spoke to pip 3 times regarding my backpay.  1st told me they had sent it. 23rd
2 Didn't give much help except to say money had been cleared. 24th
3  Called again 28th took at least half hour to get through to man that money still hasn't been received 

Has anyone any ideas as to what to do next as feel as I'm not being listened to.

I am still awaiting my backpay as well and i keep checking, I was sent the text on the 24th and called pip on the automated line, they told me my next payment date but I applied in February

Unfortunately, all you can do is ring them again and tell them you still haven't received the money. Do they have your correct bank details?

This sounds very frustrating @TMc68 I'm sorry to hear what's been happening!

Keep trying this week, and hopefully you'll get some clarity from them. Let us know how it goes, and fingers crossed it's sorted soon
