Has anyone had a journal message for a wfi while on lcwra or awaiting a wca decision.

If waiting for a WCA decision then yes you're classed as a job seeker until a decision is made on that assessment. If you already have LCWRA then you're not expected to attend any appointment. I see from previous comments you were waiting for a WCA decision, has that decision been made yet?0

Still no decision in journal but have appointment for wfi in two months my first in about 6 months0

It's a work coaches discretion whether they turn off or reduce work commiments. Seems like they've drastically reduced them. If no decision's been made then you haven't yet been found to have LCWRA.

Ok but if you get awarded lcw and appeal to get lcwra can they take the lcw status away if you lose the mandatory reconsideration0
-
Yes but most MR decisions remain the same.

But I’ve heard then proceed to tribunal if remains the same0

Correct.

Hi @Richteachouxsnack How are you today?
6 months is a long time to wait, I can understand you wondering what's going on!
I can see you commented on a similar thread where Poppy advised a member to contact the The Health Assessment Advisory Service for an update on whether their assessment report had been returned to the DWP. Although this won't give you the decision outcome, it might enlighten you as to what stage your claim is at?
I hope you hear something soon. Please keep us updated and all the best.

Yes very strange and even rang UC hotline and they couldn’t tell me what was happening. Maybe the wfi with work coach will be more helpful unless it’s just to update commitments. I’ve heard some people being called for interviews even on lcwra0

If you ask for mr on lcw can they stop your lcw award completely if you don’t win ?0

Though the most likely outcome is usually the decision will remain the same.Did you finally have the decision and it was LCW and not LCWRA? If so then have you had a look at the descriptors for LCWRA? You can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activityYou need to have a look to see if any of them apply before challenging the decision.

Decision was lcw although still not in journal they had forgot to post it in journal so still waiting0
-
That wil explain why you weren't entitled to any extra money.

I didn’t think they could send a crmr1 mandatory reconsideration form out until I have decision in my journal. The decision has still not been put in as pdf file I have just been told I have lcw but not on an official form in journal0
-
Did you ask why you haven’t received the decision letter? You can still request the MR.
You don’t need a form to request the MR you can request it on your journal. You need to state why you think you should have been found to have LCWRA and which descriptor you think applies to you.0 -
Still no reasons given as to why I never had decision in journal. I wanted to add a bit more detail on a form and not write it all out in my journal. My case manager said she would post one out to me as I have no printer and she has no idea why I never got decision posted in journal0
