    Thank-you Rosie I appreciate your welcome. I've never used online facilities such as this, I was just curious to see how other people in similar circumstances to mine deal with the minefield that is the DWP. I have been messed around by them and been caused long periods of serious angst due to their ineptitude, and would like to garner information from others that might help me in some way.
