Hi @Flow123 - & welcome to the forum. There are currently no changes to PIP until after Stephen Timms review, which he has said will be co-produced with disabled people & the charities, such as Scope, that support them. So for now there's no change to PIP as the proposed 4 points needed in one daily living activity is gone, so no threat to Carer's Allowance either.
