in Start here and say hello

Hi I'm new just thought I'd say hello. My name is cath and I'm 55 was diagnosed with ADHD last Dec. Im also post menapoursel which has really knocked me off my feet.

Im starting a new journey in my life waiting to move house and have started to try and practice self care.

Can anyone relate would love to share experiences and support you x

    My sister is late diagnosed ADHD and premenopausal, so I'm aware (to some degree) of how tough it can all be to manage, so I hope the self care discovery works wonders for you. ๐Ÿ˜Š
