Hi thankyou for letting me join this support page I'm writing on here which is not like me but I've been diagnosed with spinal stenosis I'm in sheer agony and just want to find support as at the minute I feel alone even tho I've a fantastic family my legs feel like they are burning each time I move I'm getting an injection which is also scary being in so much pain can anyone give me any support ty

    I'm really sorry to hear you're in so much pain. It's horrible to have to live with that and to deal with all the difficulties that come with a chronic issue. I know lots of our members will know what that feels like, so I hope they'll say hello and offer some support.
