I'm mum to Heidi - she is now 3, spastic quad CP, with tracheostomy and gastrostomy. All the extras but all the awesomeness too!

Hello Sarah @SarahL, and hello Heidi too. Wishing you a warm welcome to the community. The awesomeness is amazing, isn't it? Does Heidi have those gorgeous long lashes?
So here you are and we're very glad to have you. It's a safe space and you're among friends, so don't be shy of telling us anything about yourself (and Heidi) or asking us any questions. The better we get to know you, the more easily we may find ways to be of help and support to you.
I'm going to tag a gentleman in here who is a CP specialist @Richard_Scope and he will probably be along to welcome you soon.
We do have one thread that is specific to CP, https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/physical-impairments-and-cerebral-palsy and that you might like to have a look at, and you may well find Parents and carers https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/carers-of-disabled-children-and-adults of interest too.
In the meantime please bear with us and don't hesitate to talk to us
Very warmest best wishes to you and to Heidi,
Richard -
