I have Epilepsy. I’ve been unable to go back to my old job as my memory is just now so poor. I am still a Director/Shareholder but have been unable to work for 3 years. I had my PIP reconsideration and am awaiting the outcome, other than that I only receive ESA. My marriage to an Alcoholic has ended but we still have joint property to sort out as my ex is in a specialist care home, his money has run out and the Authorities are now trying to force me to sell joint remaining assets to pay for his care. Is there a mental health lawyer who could work on my behalf who anyone is familiar with - Legal Aid?
