I applied for pip ,had my face 2 face at home and just waiting on a reply back ,,,been waiting just over 4 weeks now

I'm really hard of hearing ,,,last time got a friend to call and they would not ever listen they wanted to talk to me but my friend told them I can't hear and we communicate by written they just hung up the call which I found very rude

Hello @fridayfeeling38 Sorry what has happened. I am partial deafness and have nominated a friend to help with my calls.
I found that often helps and then he can relay anything to me.
Also when I was in a mental health charity. Support worker did it. Which was great. Now trying to cope on my own. Even so still ask a friend to be nominated.
Could be a solution.
