in Start here and say hello!
hi iam 49 i suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees,left hip.lower spine,complex regional pain syndrome,codp,over active bladder,depression,anxiety and panic attacks,i love adult colouring and running my 2 colouring groups on facebook,collecting stickers for my pen pal letters,and looking in charity shops

    You are not alone as many members of the community suffer with the same conditions as yourself and I'm sure they all will be more than happy to get in contact with you to offer support.
