Just to confirm, is this with regards to claiming for Personal Independence Payment? If so, we have lots of information about PIP on our website which you might find useful.

You will find a very very good “video” explaining the process in claiming the benefits.
There’s also a “Benefit Calculator” towards the end of the page where you will be able to enter your details to find out what you could receive.
