I was diagnosed with Sjogrens syndrome 17 years ago and Tietzes Disease 11 years ago. In 2010 I was diagnosed with moderate to severe anxiety and depression. I had an op on my right arm (I'm right handed) in 2014 and struggle to use it at times due to tendonitis. I no longer work due to ill health and gave up 2 years ago. I enjoy art and craft which I do most days at home and Pilates, Aqua and yoga classes. I live alone with my 3 year old cat Zian and I have 2 grown up sons.

Hello @Dimples250 Pleased to meet you welcome.

Thank you for joining and sharing.  We are a supportive, friendly community.

Hope we can help and give you any information and advice .  On anything you wish to know or how can we can advise.

Do know with many of the community who have had certain conditions and illness.

There are often related Societies and Associations to that disease or condition.  I assume you are getting help and support with anything you need or to enquire.

    Through any Society or Association.

Just a community member having care and concern a new member joining.

Not too sure what the disease or condition you have and what this is. So I hope you do not mind. Did look it up and have found an association that can help if you need some support.

Sjogren's Syndrome  Helpline 0121 478 1133.  Open 9.30 am to 4pm.  Monday to Wednesday.  9.30 am to 8pm.  Thursday Friday.

    Hope that helps.

    Pleasure to meet you

    Take care

Hello @Dimples250 Pleasure to help. I am one of the team of community champions who help and guide new members.

I know meeting so many amazing new members that many struggle with their conditions and illness.

Some who join are not aware of any help, support out there.

The web is amaze of confusion sometimes even for my self and it is all we can ask is to help you.

I have mental illness and disability. Use the web to find what I need to help need my support.

I too live alone have been part of mental health charities . When I get enrolled or signed up. These days so much time is limited.

This what the community does . Give well being, inspiration and the need to give you support. Words of comfort and find the right people to give you the answers you need.

    Especially the complexities of benefits.

Please take care. Always here so if feel lonely am here.
