    Thank you for your reply There are loads of things i need to find out Feeling a bit low at the mo I also have osteoporosis in my spine Its not been a good few months Never mind onwards and upwards

    How can the community advise and help. Give you support.

    I am one of the team of community champions who offer guidance and support to new members joining.

    I have been on line and found The National Osteoporosis Society.

    Help line 0808 800 0035.

    Even though they are the above stated condition they also have a lot of information, advice and support on their website.

    About Osteoarthritis.  Might be worth contacting. Have also lots of further advice, related organisations on care for your condition. Hope that helps.

    Also have you considering speaking to AGE UK.

    AGE UK 0800 055 6112.

    Could be useful. Very informative website and have lots of sign posts to look at for additional support.

    Worth talking to.
