Disability Gamechanger - 2019 -
Hi. I have multiple co-morbidities, long term conditions such as fibromyalgia, diabetes osteoarthritis in every joint, hypothyroidism to name a few, and mental health conditions of depression and anxiety. I was wondering how other people cope with similar conditions ?
