Hi,is there anywhere I can get a solicitor to help with my appeal for P.I.P,
Just had mandatory reconsideration go against me, and there where lots of lies said in the face to face assessment

HI,A solicitor is not needed for a PIP Tribunal. Lots of advice centre will help you for free. It depends what's in your area. Check here. https://advicelocal.uk/
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
How do I go about it then, I don't think I would be able to to talk in the jargon they want
-
We have lots of information here about appealing a DWP decision.

Thanks Sam, I will try and do it online,
I did have a solicitor for a D.L.A. tribunal a few years ago, but the place(Fulham legal advice ) has shut down now -

I will try my local CAB tomorrow -
No worries. CAB will advise you but they most likely won't be able to represent you because of lack of funding.

Welfare rights or a law centre represent people. Use the link i posted above to see if there's any of these in your area.
