HI,

A solicitor is not needed for a PIP Tribunal. Lots of advice centre will help you for free. It depends what's in your area. Check here. https://advicelocal.uk/

How do I go about it then, I don't think I would be able to to talk in the jargon they want

We have lots of information here about appealing a DWP decision.

Thanks Sam, I will try and do it online,
I did have a solicitor for a D.L.A. tribunal a few years ago, but the place(Fulham legal advice ) has shut down now

put your postcode into the link i provided and it will tell you what's available in your area. If there's advice centres available then you'll need to contact them. CAB very rarely represent people now. Welfare rights or a law centre.
