Hello everyone,

A higher education journalist for The Guardian is interested in doing an interview with an international student who has experienced considerable discrimination while studying in the UK.

If you have such experience and want to share it with the media click here to read more.

Thank you!

Presumably you are looking for disabled international students, since you have posted on this forum?

Yes. Disabled international students are subject to a lot of discrimination, so it would be good if we could shed more light on this topic with some real experiences from students.

I don't know and write particularly about the Scope, but many of the UK charities will directly reject them because they can't squeeze government institutions (they can't finance the cases if the students are not EU/native) and the non-EU students usually know that none will wanna help them. Meantime, international (not EU) students pay furthermore higher scholarships (yearly, thousands of pounds more) and don't get student loans so... If disabled then they usually are the kids of rich parents.
