Birthdays are I know difficult days . I know being on my own as well . What I do my little tip is be good and kind to yourself. Make a special meal for yourself. Have some relaxation time try to think of things positive.

The big step you have done is talking and we as a community are here to share and care.

Hello @helenzx6r Thank you for reply. My concern is you. I know you have had a bad day.

Have been there so many times. Please I know this might help is to try to think of finding ways to be kind to yourself.

Loneliness understanding what and how it effects you mentally, physically is hard to deal with.

I never thought be this way and then thinking about the positives. Make some plans and ways to cope with these feelings and emotions.

Little changes to my lifestyle help. So have the need to get what I want to help me survive and cope. Signed on line to a lot of retail outlets. Useful to get anything to treat and calm my mental health state.

One of the aspects of my life is this forum. You are here. Always some one to talk to. If not make a discussion start something. Find that this community are not self centred.

We share and care..

Please keep in touch. Even if it is a few words. Be happy to talk to you. After all you are not alone here.

Please look after yourself. You a important, valued member of our community.
