Hello to all - II would really appreciate anyone who can spare five minutes to fill in a questionnaire which is aimed at parents/carers who have children with Special Educational Needs.

The questionnaire forms part of my dissertation for a Masters degree at Southampton University. The topic is on Sustainable and Active Travel for Children with Special Educational Needs.

Thank you to anyone who can fill it in.

Tom

    Hi @tomfisher1990
We have been experiencing problems with some researchers from your University regarding my Disability Auditory Processing Disorder (APD).
The individual in question is chair of a so called professional bodies APD committee and has failed to provide any support for those of us in the UK who have the 4 types of Auditory Processing Disorder. They only want to massage their ego being chair of a committee, and ignoring the support needs of those of who have this complex listening disability. They have failed to explain the four different types of our disability, one of which is the main underlying cause of the dyslexia symptom, not being to effectively process the gaps between sounds.
If you can get this individual to do their job properly, educating UK audiologists, speech and language, and psychology professionals regarding this disability,  then I might consider doing your survey.
