Hi all, I thought I would say hi and post a success story - it is possible (although it took me many many years) to get off sickness benefit, recover mental health enough to work again.. Never thought it would happen thought my work days were over and I would be on the sick being persecuted by atos and dwp for life - but managed to claw my way back to enough health to work again. So dont give up - it is possible. Not easy, and is still not easy - but those dark days can pass.
