Hello all,
I am a man of begin 40s, Liberal Democrat Councillor on my local Town Council and I use a wheelchair, due to a muscle disease called Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis and I have further the connective tissue disorder Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hypermobility type). Next to my council business, I further campaign for accessible streets and Changing Places.

Hi @Folkert
Welcome to the community, thank you for joining us. Well done for campaigning for better accessible streets, I too use a wheelchair so can appreciate how some streets are not always easy to navigate as a wheelchair user. Please feel free to have a look around the forum and join in with conversations. Also, please feel free to ask questions or for help and support, there are many lovely people on the community and there will be someone who will be able to help. I look forward to seeing you around the community. Thank you.
