Hi all I have recently been diagnosed with epilepsy and struggling at the moment with it any advice would be much appreciated

Thank you so much it's been so hard to get my head around this I have had to give up my job so it's been so stressful

I understand, I lost my job when my health deteriorated. I became very depressed and isolated. It was horrible. You will have good days and bad days, some days you can accept your illness, some days you can be in denial about it all. Whatever you're feeling, it's completely normalDisability Gamechanger - 2019
