Hi, I'm Ashley I'm quite shy at first I never know what to put in these things. I'm 28 with internal disabilities such as epilepsy, fibromyalgia and common peripheral nerve dysfunction. I hardly get out much due to the pain and I hardly have any friends at all. Would love to meet new people and make new friends

Hi @walney1991 - Thank you for joining this very friendly & supportive community, Ashley. I'm sorry to read about all the problems you have; there are a lot here with fibromyalgia in particular. I have chronic pain due to a genetic order which affects my joints + neuropathic pain. I find that people here have many different disorders, but we also have a lot in common too.
So, I'm very pleased to 'meet' you; I see you have already met the spiceman who has become my friend.
If you have any questions, please say.

Hi @walney1991 and welcome to the Community.  It is nice to meet you and thank you for sharing with us.  Sorry to hear of your health struggles.  Having pain is awful as I have it too at times and it can keep me in also sometimes.  You will find lots of new friends on here as everyone is lovely and so supportive of each other.  Do you have any hobbies/interests that could lead you into joining any clubs/groups in your area?  Sometimes libraries are a good signpost to these if you have a look.  @thespiceman has been very helpful with his excellent information so I hope you manage to look into that.  Please keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on and I look forward to seeing you on here.  If there is anything we can help/support you with then please just let us know.  All the best.
