Hi everyone I have recurring pyleonephritis which causes permanent kidney pain and im itruggling a lot at the min with depression so thought talking may help

Hi @sarahjayne1803 - Welcome to this community which I've found so very supportive. Yes, talking about the issues we face often helps. I'll ask my friend @thespiceman for his advice, as he has a great understanding about the mental health issues that so very often accompany pain.

Thank u I feel like im not functioning anymore because of pain in on strong meds but they don't last full day which just makes the depression worse which makes me feel useless and the cycle continues x

Organisations relevant to your pain, other conditions.
I use these three for my mental health.
Offer floating support, well being advice . Any issues on benefits.
Take clientele with additional conditions, disabilities.
