I live very close to camberwell I am very isolated I often don't go out I suffer with bipolar anxiety and depression also seasonal effective disorder in the winter months I have lung issues but I am able to do most things it's just that I recently moved back to london gmfrom Birmingham and I have no friends

Hi@lisa1986 - Welcome to this helpful & friendly community. As your main concern seems to be that you don't know anyone since your move, might I suggest that you have a look at your council's website to see if there are any activities you may be able to look into if they're of interest.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so isolated since your move and I hope you have had a chance to look into the great information you have been given by members above.
