Hi I'm almost 32 and single parent to 5 and 6 year olds (irish twins)

I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and just been diagnosed with reversal physiological lordosis and DDD. Apparently no nerves involved but yet I experience the headaches dizziness left arm/leg weakness muscle spasms and twitching. The pain has been so bad its knocked me down onto my knees. I've just started physio through NHS and decided once a fortnight isnt enough so paying privately for chiropractor who has found other problems. Due to pregnancy pain relief is limited so is other treatments so I'm just wondering what advice anyone has. I decided to go self employed with beauty treatments to work around this condition as my current job as TA in specialist units was physically demanding. However I'm struggling just with daily normal tasks washing dishes or putting clothing to dry I get so angry and frustrated as I'm not able to do these things as quickly or efficiently. Even my thinking is deteriorating which has been put down to mum brain but feel it's more than this. Close family friends partner doesnt understand so either down play my symptoms call me lazy or just slow. It's so upsetting. Doctors told me the pain was in my head and I'd need CBT or to just get on with it (b4 diagnosis) now it's just contact MCAS. I'm not looking for sympathy just empathy. I'd just like my story heard and for someone to shed some light on this condition on how to manage it and what routes to take for extra help. I'd also like to help others in the future when I know more about this

Thanks to whoever takes their time to read my rant
