    Hi

    I hope everyone is doing OK during this Lockdown.  How is everyone coping with it?

    I am certainly fed up of being stuck indoors, but there are things to stay positive.

    I have an exercise bench with leg curl/leg extension attachment and do a workout every day to keep in shape.  Apart from this I do stretches, exercises to strengthen my core muscles and I also have an exercise bike.

    I find it difficult to get shopping at a time like this as all supermarkets have got certain restrictions in place, but again, there are a lot of places I have discovered through the internet, these are: -

    Oakhouse foods for frozen food, frozen veg and frozen desserts
    Onlinecoffeesupplies for coffee
    Pact Coffee for coffee beans
    Ebay possibly for milk and toiletries
    Amazon Pantry
    Just Natural for tea bags and porridge

    Just thought I'd share this with you.

    Stay safe.

    Hi Stickman - mostly I miss my daily routine.  Days are starting to loose structure!

    Re online food shopping, a friend recommended this website for fresh fruit and veg and more...

    Well I have been I isolation for almost 6weeks then last Thursday received a phone call from my doctors saying I was missed of the list but I must go in shielding and he will inform the government better later than never I just hope I don't have to start all over again for another 12 weeks .
    Well it looks like I will have to do my 10,000 steps up and down my small garden but not in one day as breathing bad from Myasthenia Gravis .
    Take care dear friends .

    Hi @tonyj, the lack of structure can make things just blur, as well as loosing motivation to do anything at all!

    When I'm having days like that I try to write a list of things I'm going to do as I find it helps to keep an element of routine. :)

    I have just found out I should have been on the vulnerable list but I know a lot of people who should be on the highly vulnerable list who didn't get letters. Too late now I have already had the virus followed by a 3 week ME relapse.

    @deb74
    Good morning sorry to read that you have had this virus how are you now? I went into isolation my self and aftery 6 week received a call from my GP telling me I was very highly vulnerable and to completley shield ?, how ever I did go onto the government site and registered my self and I did get recognised that I was very vulnerable to covid-19 and got shopping delivered to my door. I did call my gp but could not speak to my gp. So what are you doing now as this lockdown is going for some time yet.
    Stay safe and look after u your self.

    Hi @littlechef. I am ok now thankfully!  I was not on the listed as highly vulnerable so I didn't really think about self isolation but a friend of mine kept telling me I should. I tried to be sensible though and stay away from people as much as possible. I tried to get online shopping deliveries but there wasn't a hope in hell of that! I have now found out that I could have got priority shopping because I have ME. (too late now). I know a few people who have self isolated and they have told me they are climbing the walls! I am lucky because I work from home so I never get bored. I make jewellery which I sell in a local craft shop so I am building up my stock at the moment which is keeping me busy.

    @deb74.
    At least if you work from home you are in  isolation from people and you can keep your self safe as I understand I may need to shield for another 3months but Will have no money coming into the house so may need to risk my life .
    What jewellery do you make and do you sell then on line my wife loves her jewellery just like most ladies  I maybe I treated in buying some of you do sell them on line please inbox me if you do stay safe and look after your self .

    Praying for everyone! I have developed a mild back ache from having to lift a wheelchair up and down stairs as I do not feel comfortable using a lift anymore. Bad idea. Tomorrow morning I will have to use the lift to relieve my back pain when I take the twins to do some food shopping.

    Hi @littlechef. I have only just started to make the jewellery and not put it online yet but I am hoping to set up a shop on Etsy in the next couple of days. I will let you know when I have done it.

    Hi @Lou67. Sorry I didn't reply before. I haven't been on here for a few days. Dogs are brilliant company if you live on your own. It is like having a child in the house but they are usually much better behaved than children. If you don't have a puppy!  I have met a lot of really nice people through dog walking as well. It is a brilliant way toy socialise. It also keeps you fit. I usually walk a couple of miles a day with Bella.
