I am Sarah

I am new to this group.  I have CP

I am a  Motivation Specialist and I am currently running FREE online webinars to support peoples motivation during lock down.  As well as understanding more about how you are feeling at the moment it gives simple things you can do to support your wellbeing.

    Hi @PlainSailing and welcome to the Community.  It's nice to meet you and thank you for sharing your online webinairs with us.  I will have a wee look myself, but I'm sure some of our members may be interested in them too.  It's certainly a good idea so thanks for thinking of us at Scope.  Good luck with them and I hope you get a lot of participants.  :smiley:
