I won my tribunal last week Monday im just trying to get ruf ideas from 8.11.19 to now how much I should get and how long does it take

It can take up yo 8 weeks or more to get back pay but some get it quicker
How much depends on what rate you were awarded look up how much for weekly amount for your award and times by number of weeks you have waited -
Its 59 a week and been nearly 2 years

If it is 8th nov 2019 it isnt 2 years more like 17 months
So you are paid 4 weekly rough calculation of 68 weeks at £59 works out just over 4k
This is just a rough estimate
