Hi @kitx - & welcome to the community. From SSE's website, it looks like they've reached their maximum number of applications for this year unfortunately. Please see: https://sse.co.uk/help/accessibility/warm-home-discount

Bit confused, is this reply from SSE?

What is the Community Co-Production Group?

I requested the application form last August...

Hi @kitx - I just looked on their website about their Warm Home Discount, & posted a link to this. This is just what I found online.

Sorry they didn't get back in touch with you, but I 'think' applications start in October, if I remember rightly about the WHD in general. Other members may likely know more.

The Community Co-production group is for any online members interested in discussing different topics that affect the community, & how things may be changed/improved. You need to apply for this.

Hi,

What problems are you having? They have until 31st March to add the £140 onto your account if you were successful.

We are not SSE. You've posted on scope's public forum.

No worries, just thought I'd check out this forum, as getting answers form SSE re the issue is difficult.
Thanks for taking the time to reply and explain the Community Co-Production Group...
Have a good evening.

Apologies, I'm new to this and the SSE comment was missing text. The main issue is more complex, so I'll leave it for later. Many thanks for your replies.

Hello @kitx and welcome to the community? Is there anything we can help with today?

If it's about something specific, you can find the right category on our categories page

Did you know Scope offers free energy and water advice to disabled people, with Disability Energy Support? It might be worth taking a look to help with your SSE query.
