Hi thank you I was asking a question about pip as I am getting standard at the moment but I’m on 3 new medication so I phoned and told them and now there sending me a change of form to fill out so I’m a bit worried I have a hernia which is large and can’t carry anything my arthritis has got worst where I can only do a few steps now then I’m in pain even sitting in a chair I feel pain and I’m dealing with ibs as well do you get pip x

You didn't need to ring them to tell them this. A change of medication isn't a change of circumstances that needs reporting. A change of medication doesn't automatically entitle you to more points for a higher award.
Before reporting changes you should always get expert advice, though it's too late for you now but at least you know in future.

Hi I spoke to citizens advice and asked for there advice about this and they was the ones who told me to report my change as I can’t lift anything or stand to have a shower I’m not saying I got more points I was just advised to ring them as they said I need to do this as soon as possible.

Hi @yacine99. You are more than welcome. Us reaching out to you is the very least we could do to support you.

Sorry to hear you are in pain with your arthritis in your ankles and feeling a little breathless from the pain at the moment. That sounds really difficult.

Is there anything, in particular, that usually helps you when you are in pain and feeling breathless from the pain? I am aware that different things work best for different people  :)

Hi @yacine99. Thanks for your response. It is really positive to hear your inhaler helps with your breathlessness.

Sorry to hear nothing works for your pain. I had the same reaction with tramadol (fibromyalgia) so I can empathise.

I hope you can at least get the relief you need soon and rest in the meantime. Do let us know if we can do anything to support you  :)

Hi I have been really stressed out with this pip form I don’t know if I gave enough examples but my son is also going to write a letter I damaged the original envelope so I hope my one will be ok do people send it as a special delivery or recorded ?

Hi @yacine99 I'm sure it will, as long as the address is clear.

I think all you would need is proof of postage, and make sure to keep copies of any letters you send off.

Put you National Insurance number at the top of the letter which your son will write as well.
