Thanks @Nick64Zx for sharing

Volunteering can be a very rewarding thing to do, for many people.

What inspired you to start?

Hi Alex
I have done various voluntary jobs in the past Red Cross St John,Cancer collection and shop work.To be honest I always enjoy giving back to the community helping those less fortunate and I come from A lifeboat family In Eastbourne. Whatever I do its rewarding In fact I would volunteer for Scope even using my mobility scooter .The only days I can't do Are Mondays and Thursdays because of my 2 dogs.

That all sounds great @Nick64Zx, and I understand that managing bipolar disorder can be really challenging sometimes. Can you tell me, how are you finding things at the moment?

It's fantastic that you're happy to share what you've been up to, so I wanted to remind you about staying safe online, and being mindful of how many personal details we share with others, especially as this is a public forum.

It might be helpful to know that we don't allow the sharing of personal information not suitable for public viewing like address, email or phone number. You can read more about this in our community house rules.

If something doesn't make sense, or you feel we can help with anything further, please do ask
